Biotrue Subscriptions is a convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered at the frequency you choose! Eliminate the inconvenience of having to reorder the same item(s) over and over. By subscribing, you will receive a discount on all reorders with auto-delivery.

What is the shipping charge associated with my Biotrue Subscription Program?

Shipping for subscription products is free!

When can I expect my order to ship?

Once you place your order, the estimated time to process and ship is 2—3 business days.

What are the delivery frequency options?

You may select your desired delivery frequency from among the following options:

  • 30 days
  • 45 days
  • 60 days

How do I join the Biotrue Subscription Program?

Joining is easy and can be done anytime while shopping throughout the store and browsing products. Simply select the "Recurring Subscription" option on any product page that it is available and then check out as normal.

What will happen after I join the Biotrue Subscription Program?

After you join, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the subscriptions section in your account where you can manage your future orders.

We send an email reminder before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting 'Manage Subscriptions' located within your account

You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully. Please expect multiple emails if you have more than one auto-delivery product. There will only be one charge to your credit card and will include shipping fees and discounts if applicable.

How do I cancel or make changes to my Biotrue subscription order?

Visit the 'Manage Subscriptions' section in your account to easily cancel or make the changes you need.

Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

What types of payment are accepted for Biotrue subscription orders?

All auto-delivery subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.

How does my order appear on my billing statement?

Biotrue is a Bausch and Lomb brand. Purchases of Biotrue through this store will appear as SP BAUSCHMARKETPLACE on your billing statement.

Can I make a credit card payment over the phone?

We are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone for security reasons. When you enter your credit card information online, your card number is encrypted to ensure consumer protection. To prioritize your safety, we do not process phone orders as we cannot provide the same level of security. However, our dedicated customer service representatives are more than happy to guide you through the simple process of entering your credit card details on your computer.
